I have developed a sort of sock addiction here. I don't know what it is. I never bought socks at home, and when I did, they were plain, white, and ankle-length. Here, I have a sock budget. Let me repeat that: I have a sock budget. My favorite socks are ones with cute patterns or interesting colors, and don't even talk to me if they don't at least hit my knees. Sometimes, when I'm feeling particularly crazy, I'll wear them over a pair of tights. I haven't worn leg warmers over the socks over the tights yet, but I think that's coming soon.
I am going back to work today and am not happy about it. Hence, I am wearing festive, shiny socks. I cannot be too bummed out about my boring shift if I am wearing festive, shiny socks.
I will definitely post more pictures of interesting things at a later date. For today, you get socks.
